The congress will take place at the Atılım University Congress Center in Ankara, Türkiye.

TRANSPORTATION
The congress venue is located 50 km from Esenboğa Airport.
EXHIBITION AND BOOTH AREAS
The exhibition and booth areas will be open to participants from May 14–16, 2026, between 09:00 to 19:00.
INVITATION LETTER
An invitation letter will be provided upon request to participants who need official permission from their institutions to attend the congress.
NAME BADGE
All participants and accompanying persons are required to wear their name badges, provided at registration, to access the congress center, exhibition areas, and social activities.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of attendance will be provided digitally to all registered participants starting from May 15, 2026.
